For this third of three, I'm going to discuss depth. You've heard me mention depth before, and it's important in divination! What is depth? In the case of making food, it's the difference between the person who cooks hamburgers at a fast-food burger place and the chef at a five-star restaurant. The fast-food burger-flipper follow instructions. The chef knows the ingredients and their interactions well enough to be able to create something new. In divination, depth is the abiity to go beyond what you learn from a book or a teacher to being able to see for yourself, and preferably at several levels. It can apply to any form of divination. I've seen it in Runes, I've seen it in my pendulum, and it is obvious in Tarot. Let's look at a couple favorites of mine and see what comes immediately to mind. And then, you can see what else you can find! Blessed Be!
