El episodio comienza con la familia Robinson preparándose para el lanzamiento de su nave, la Jupiter 2, en una misión para colonizar el planeta Alpha Centauri. Sin embargo, el Dr. Zachary Smith, un espía que trabaja para una nación extranjera, sabotea la nave reprogramando al robot para que destruya los sistemas de control poco después del despegue. Smith también se las arregla para colarse a bordo como polizón, lo que provoca que la Jupiter 2 se desvíe de su curso y se pierda en el espacio.

Dante arriva nel VII Cerchio dove incontra il Minotauro, successivamente nel I girone, sono puniti i violenti contro il prossimo, sono descritti immersi nel fiume di sangue chiamato Flegetonte. L'incontro con i centauri, tra cui Chirone, Folo, Nesso. Nesso porta Dante in groppa e gli mostra tiranni, assassini e predoni, quindi guada il fiume e depone Dante sull'altra sponda.

Alex spielt nichts lieber als das Arcade-Game “Starfighter”, niemand ist darin besser als er. Als sich eines Tages ein Mann namens Centauri bei Alex vorstellt und ihm offenbart, er sei einer der Erfinder des Spiels und Alex schließlich auch noch einlädt, ihn zu begleiten, zögert Alex nicht lang. Kurz darauf fliegt jedoch der völlig überraschte Alex zusammen mit Centauri in einem De Lorean durchs Weltall!

Mike Cervello's story takes place in 2062 to commemorate the centennial of Artificial Intelligence research, which began in the 1960s.
