Conclusive proof, were it needed, that âtheyâ are not only especially small but that they have a particular penchant for polystyrene (it takes all sorts) this QFO also serves to indicate that quite apart from wanting to phone home they actually only have getting back home on their minds as this QFO appears to be limited to vertical transition alone. That said, thanks to the especially lightweight nature of this Takara Tomy QFO UFO â it weighs in at a mere 9g - they really havenât a hope as even the slightest breeze will undoubtedly send them on a voyage of enforced discovery of your back yard only to become lodged in a bush, eaten by the dog, etc. (In mind of this quite why the critters in this UFO are merely intent on vertical transition may, perhaps, be perfectly understandable).

In Massachusetts, I would say youre basically crazy if you dont have an attorney represent you in a probation violation. As a matter of fact, very often, you have an absolute right to be represented and if you cant afford an attorney youre indigent and the court will assign you somebody. But, the fact is, even if thats not the case, and you dont qualify for court-appointed counsel, you've got to have an attorney thats experienced in dealing with probation violation hearings. Theyre theyre animals in and of themselves, different from other criminal cases. And, without that representation, youre probably going on a voyage. Im Sam Goldberg, lead counsel for criminal defense matters, at Altman and Altman in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I have twenty-five years of experience. If youre in trouble and you need someone in your corner, who cares, and will fight for you, give me a call.

One ocean. 20,000 islands. 25% of the Earthâs water. The Pacific Ocean is unimaginably vast. You could fit the whole of the worldâs landmasses into it with room left over for another Africa. It stretches from the heat of the tropics to the sub-Antarctic - coral gardens thrive in its warmest waters - and icebergs float in its coldest. The distance between its islands can be huge, literally hundreds, even thousands of miles. And yet, life made it there. This July, BBC Earth brings to Blu-ray and DVD a stunning, high definition voyage of discovery through this unique and fascinating oceanscape - Wild Pacific.

HP is equipping environmentalist and adventurer David de Rothschild with the technology needed to sail 10,000 miles across the Pacific on a boat made entirely of plastic bottles. (disclosure: HP is a paying sponsor of AlwaysOn)
The Pacific Ocean is home to the worldâs biggest trash dump, and a large portion of that is plastic. In an attempt to raise awareness of the oceanic mess, David de Rothschild, founder of Adventure Ecology, is readying a sea voyage from San Francisco to Sydney, Australia, aboard the Plastiki, a boat made entirely of plastic bottles. Rothschild says discoveries like that of the Great Pacific Garbage Patch inspired the expedition.
âI was like, hang on a second. This canât be true,â he said in a recent interview. âWhy doesnât everybody know about this? Why donât we know about the fact that our oceans are basically filling up with trash?â
By turning the symbol of waste into an adventure, Rothschild hopes to inspire young people to develop smart solutions to environmental problems. ...

Synopsis:
Utilizing a different style than the previous entries in the documentary series, GRAFFITI VERITE 3 continues to examine the world of graffiti art while looking at the many languages and musical traditions that inform it. With a soundtrack featuring hip-hop, heavy metal, house, techno, and more, this film explores the close relationship between music and graffiti art that connects both mediums, exploding the arbitrary distinction often made between artistic styles. Seeking to free viewers' minds from preconceived notions of graffiti art, Bryan's film features music from a variety of countries and genres meant to illuminate the historical and creative significance of the controversial aerosol art.
GV3 is a virtual Museum tour through the world of Graffiti Art, unlike any trip you've ever taken before.

Documentary which explores the history of British food science, taking a fascinating voyage through over a century of petri-dishes, vitamins and E-numbers.
The connection between food manufacturers and the white coat brigade is nothing new. One hundred and fifty years before Heston Blumenthal, Birmingham chemist Alfred Bird was reinventing custard because his wife had an allergy to eggs.
By the 1930s, George Orwell was already complaining about the chemical by-products that the British people were eating, but when war gave scientists a chance to remake the British diet the improvement in the nation's health was extraordinary.
Charting the growing role that food science has played in our daily lives, we meet Tony Blake, the food scientist who pioneered instant soup for Batchelors, and we learn about biochemist Jack Drummond, the tragic mastermind of British food in the Second World War, who died alongside his family as in a mysterious murder.
We discover how vegetarian product Quorn was invented to prevent a global food crisis and how breakthroughs in flavour chemistry helped create the day-glo processed foods of the 1970s. We recall Margaret Thatcher's early career as a food scientist and find out why there was no such thing as a free lunch when it came to the promise of fat-free snacks.
