The first act of Redmond Chorales Summer Pops concert on June 5, 2011.
Take a Sentimental Journey through Tommy Dorsey's, "Precious Lord;” Gershwin's, "Summertime;” "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy;” Elvis Presley's, "Love Me Tender." Redmond Chorale’s teens will revive the Beatles with “Blackbird.” And the Men of the Redmond Chorale cap the first act with a fun, energetic Beach Boys Medley, including “Surfin’ USA,” “I Get Around,” and “Fun, Fun, Fun!”
Through excellent achievement and education in choral arts, Redmond Chorale raises funds for charitable causes in and around Redmond, as members of the choir connect with each other and with the community.
Nothing is as fun as playing a fingerstyle instrumental arrangement of a great song. It gives you the chance to truly feel the composition and make your own interpretation of it. For this lesson I've arranged Yesterday by the Beatles, for you to learn and enjoy.

I Want To Hold Your Hand
Glee - Kurt
Originally sang by the Beatles
I wanted to upload another Glee song and decided on this one. Besides knowing the tune and the slow style, I wasn't really familiar with the way Chris Colfer sang it (I usually skip over sad Glee songs unless I'm in the mood =D). So I listened to it several times and did my best. I know it's not perfect, or exactly like his version, but I tried.

Tree Pit arouses our senses with an album pre release
The release of their first single from the anticipated debut album is set to be on June 2011. Tree Pit trio sat in the studio jamming towards the decision of choosing the best way to spread the clues shortly before the divulging of their original material. "We couldn't find a better way to start our journey towards the release of our album than giving the respect to the Beatles" says the band. Eleanor Rigby was the chosen song. "We felt that this is a song that we can relate to and add our touch without the shadow of sacrilege". With stirring drum, blue voice and old fashion mixing the sound carries you to the London atmosphere of the Beatles that you can only imagine now from the "picks" of our poppy era. It just makes you be eager for more...which was the exact aim of this album pre release. Eleanor Rigby is a good introduction of the Tree Pit sound for the ones who haven't heard them live on stage and a treat ...

www.monalisa-twins.com We (Mona & Lisa, 15) covered this song as a tribute to one of the greatest bands in history ;) We've been to Liverpool in September 09 for the Mathew Street Festival and shot a few music videos there. "In my Life" is pretty much a short "summary" of what we got to see there concerning The Beatles and you can think of it as a tribute to them :) The video shows various places related to the Fab Four and we tried to capture some of today's and past Liverpool atmosphere. We hope you like it. Lots of love, Mona and Lisa Check out our website: www.monalisa-twins.com

That's us, Mona and Lisa (14, twins) performing "Eight Days a Week" by our favorite band The Beatles while being on a trip to Ayers Rock in the heart of the Australian Outback. This is live without any microphones, just with the perfect acoustics of a small cave inside Uluru at the North-West of the rock at sunset (Google Earth: 25° 20' 27.56" S / 131° 01' 30.68" O). Enjoy!

Was hinterlieÃen die âFab Fourâ?
