The invitation was to dance this very intense rapture of passion – to look at each other and not to look, so we can look more intensely, more deeply. In Biodanza we use dance to explore all of life’s facets, such as Vitality, Creativity, Affection, Transcendence and Sensuality, and in this sublime vivencia (dance session) we explored ‘Eros’ - passionate love, romantic love, intimate love - all facilitated by perfectly chosen evocative music. Curators at the Chateau de Versailles have gathered together many of these pieces in an exceptional exhibition that opens on Wednesday and which evokes the palace's former glory. One third of the objects are on loan from the Danish royal family. Other treasures came from Austria, Britain, Germany, Russia and Spain. Images and soundbites of the exhibition.
