■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■配　信　に　至　る　ま　で　の　説　明　で　す■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ 2014年10月 ■無人配信です m(_ _)m　いつも見守って頂き有難うございます✩✩✩ ぴーたんは10年目のセキセイインコです。ぴーたんには鼻がありません・・・鼻の回りから出た膿で溶けてしまいました。 何年か病院通いし大分落ち着きましたが、完治は無理だと言われています＞＜ 9月26日に同じく10年目のポポ(風邪もひいたことがない一番元気だった子)が亡くなってから元気がなくなりました。 餌も食べているフリをしている事が多いです。 私の姿を見ると餌を食べて(ふり)元気アピールをするので、なるべく見せなくてもいい様にFC２ライブをお借りして様子を見ています。 今はビタミン剤と栄養剤と保温で様子見です。 コメントが出来ない事が多いので、何かご質問などありましたら、後でこの欄にて返答させて頂きます。 ■塩土・ボレー粉(カルシウム)・餌(カスタムラックス)・フォーミュラー3を混ぜています・NEKTON(ビタミン)水に混ぜています。 ■配信環境は、使っていないiPhoneとWi-Fiです。 ■ぴーたんは雄です。 ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ ●05/02 ブログを始めました。文字オーバーでここに書けなくなってきたので、これからはブログの方に書いていきますので宜しければ読んでいただけると幸いです。 ●04/14 いつも見守ってくださってる方々、本当に有難うございますm(_ _)m 鈴（りん）さんのインコちゃん旅立たれたのですね・・・心中お察しいたします・・・。インコちゃんは鈴（りん）さんの側にいつもいると思います。ポポとルルの存在を感じる時がありますので＾＾ 今の寂しさを少しでもぴーたんで埋めていただけているのでしたら幸いです。 ●04/12 体重は30gをずっと維持してくれています。小松菜をよく食べているせいか、軟便気味でお尻に固まってくっついていることがあるので気をつけて見ています。うんちはいっぱい出てるのでよく食べてくれてくれてると思います。 ●02/13 いつも暖かく見守って下さり有難うございますm(__)m ぴーたんの体重は29g↔30gです。少し落ちましたが元気です。 何故かぴーたんは、顔を合わせることの少ない旦那が大好きみたいで、放鳥している時に旦那がいるとすぐに肩に乗って離れません＾＾ ぴーたん・・・お世話してるのは私だよ！？笑 ●01/26 いつも見守って下さり有難うございます。m(__)m 最近、回線が悪く配信が止まってしまっています＾＾； ぴーたんの体重は30g↔31gをいったりきたりしています。体重計にもやっと慣れて自ら乗ってくれるようになりました。 慣れるまで飛び回って捕まえないといけなかったので、かなりストレスだったと思います。 体重測定は体調管理には欠かせないとはいえ、ぴーたんには恐怖だったみたいです(苦笑) 因みに・・・ちょろ57g(ちょっとおデブちゃんですｗ一時は64gまでありました！) すず54gです。 ●01/08 6日にコザクラインコのルル(カラーを巻いていた子)が亡くなりました・・・10年目でした・・・ 原因は不明です。一緒にいたコザクラインコのちょろがやっぱり寂しいみたいで、放鳥してもルルを探している感じでした；； 7日にポポと同じ動物霊園で火葬し納骨してきました。 一番元気だったポポが亡くなり、そしてルルと・・・別れは本当に突然訪れますね・・・。 ●01/01 明けましておめでとう御座います☀本年もぴーたん共々宜しくお願いします！ m(_ _)m　最近のぴーたんは、寒さも関係なく水の音を聞くと手元にきて水浴びをせがんできます＾＾ ●12/23 体重も増え29gを維持してくれています！ ポイントくださってる方がいらっしゃいますが、勿体無いのでご遠慮下さいm(_ _)m ぴーたんを見守ってくださるだけで十分嬉しいです！ ●12/14 体調良好です！ぴーたんにはブランコは怖かったみたいで撤去しました^^; ●12/08 ぴーたん減る事もなく維持しています^_^ ●12/03 ぴーたんを見守ってくださっている方々本当に有難うございますm(_ _)m 28g→29gになりました！体調も良好です。急激に寒くなったので、保温には気お付けないと＞＜ ●11/28 30g→28g体調は良好です。30gの時、そ嚢(胸の餌を溜める所)に餌が入っていた為に増えたと思います。 そ嚢に餌があるって事はちゃんと食べているので良かったです。でもなぜに増えない・・・ぴーたん ●11/27 28g→30gに増えました！せめて30gはキープしててほしいなぁ ●11/23 31g→28gに減ってしまいました・・・体重増えてたのにね・・ぴーたん＞＜ でも、以前の様に体調は悪くはないみたいです。 ●11/20 30g→31gになりました！このまま増えていってほしいなぁ（*^_^*） いつもぴーたんの事を見守ってくださって心から感謝しますm(_ _)m 温かいコメント本当に嬉しいです！！ ぴーたんがハイテンションになっている姿も見れているので、元気になってくれたんだなぁってつくづく思います。 今のぴーたんの状態だとまずまず一安心です。 ●11/17 29g→30gになりました！やっと30台！！嬉しい！！ ●11/15 27g→29gに増えていました！ホッ(*´Д｀) ●11/13 いつもぴーたんの状況確認や見守ってくださってる方々、本当に有難うございますm(_ _)m 今日のぴーたんの体重は変わらず27gでした＞＜増えない・・・ ぴーたんの嘴ですが、上の嘴は鼻同様に膿で大半が溶けています。今ある嘴は膿が固まったもで、少しずつ膿で押し出されて伸びた部分を切っているのでぴーたん自身の嘴は上嘴全体の4分の1程しかありません＞＜ もうこれ以上膿が出ませんように。 ●11/11 体重が27gに減っていました・・・餌はよくつついているのですが、あまり食べていないようです。 ●11/04 体重は28gのままですが、皆様が暖かく見守ってくださった甲斐もあり、ぴーたんは元気を取り戻してくれました！ 本当に有難うございましたm(_ _)m 最近ぴーたん以外にも登場している子達ですが、コザクラインコの ★ちょろ雌9年目(顔が赤くぽっちゃり)★ルル雄9年目(顔が赤くクチバシが長い)★すず雌8年目(顔が白い) です＾＾

The following is a post to add to a discussion ongoing in the LinkedIn ASSE Group on the definitions of Job Hazard Analysis and Job Safety Analysis. The late Shannon England, a consulting ergonomist, and I had a discussion on the topic several years ago and devised the chart shown here. James Roughton and I also had discussions on whether we which term to use or come up with a new nomenclature for the JHA and JSA when writing our book. I hope this adds to the overall discussion as there is confusion especially when we interchange the terms during training of supervisors and employees.
