This is a clip from Dai Mahou Touge. It describes how Punie managed to secure Paya-tan as her mascot. I'm not sure how to describe this series; it's like a trip into delirium from the little portions of it that I did watch. We have a cute magical girl princess from another world named Punie. Check. We have a little doggie/unicorn mascot named Paya-tan who speaks all cutesy and high-pitched. Check. We have copious unnecessary deaths, bloodletting, and wanton destruction. By our two protagonists above. Um... check? Card Captor Sakura, this is not! There's some fighting and a little blood, but nothing worse than PG-13. Plus, it's anime blood :)
