And then what happened to the group of the peanut gallery that was doing that? Did they... make it right? Did they apologize or did they say, ah, this person? What happened? What was the conclusion of this Disney thing? I was actually a manager for that and I knew why the person went called off sick. And I trust this individual and I knew that she's not known to just do things like that and even what sarah said if they need a mental health day to rejuvenate and that's the way that they're going to rejuvenate then so be it it's just the day it's not like they're playing hooky and underperforming she was one of my like rock stars she was always performing everything was good and the person who started the gossip was someone that wanted to get eagerly promoted so they thought that by me bringing this person down that was in line to get promoted I will then put up. So I had the conversation with the individual and I said, I understand your intention. However, bringing somebody else's value does not bring more value to you. You bring value based on your actions, your behaviors, and your decision-making skills.
